We are a small shop but we value your time and your occassional need for assistance beyond the instructions found here at the Scoop's Books store.

We do not use auto-responders. It is our opinion that auto-responders give a false sense of reply time-frame and are used mostly by those who do not intend to reply. We DO!
We also ask that our customers also issue restraint in expecting us to drop everything to answer trivial questions. We will begin building an FAQ (frequently asked questions) to cover the most common questions. As we are willing to provide you with as rapid a reply as possible, we ask that you equally take care to not abuse our willingness to serve.

- Expect a reply within 24 hours of your question. We will strive to be quicker, but do give us the full 24 hours. As well, know that at times emails get lost, are missed or get routed to trash by mistake. If you have not received a reply in 24 hours, resend the email. We will work very hard to keep to that schedule.

- Expect a reply within 24-36 hours. These types of questions tend to require more thought and even some research to get you the answer you desire. Still we will strive to get back with you as soon as we possibly can. Bear in mind the same potential hic-ups apply here as above.

- We will try to answer these types of questions quicker due to the nature of them being more time sensative. However, we ask you expect a reply within 12-24 hours. If you do not receive an email, confirming receipt of your question - within 8 hours - resend your question.
- If a question is of truly immediate need, put in the SUBJECT LINE the following: **URGENT ANSWER NEEDED**. We will expedite this question. We also ask that you NOT abuse this effort to serve you. Our willingness to be available can suddenly disappear with blatant abuse of our service.
